Rustam Minnikhanov and Oleg Morozov take part in opening the Centre for child development “Belekech”

A new centre for child development constructed by the program “Belekech” opened in Naberezhnye Chelny on October 25. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Vice-speaker of State Duma Oleg Morozov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev, Director-general of JSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin congratulated children and their parents on a long-expected event.
The guests looked over the groups, study and sport halls. There are two swimming-pools, dance hall and a massage room in a kindergarten. All rooms are provided with ecologically sound and aesthetic furniture and interactive boards.
In a Tatar class a variative form of teaching using interactive board, audio and video aids was introduced to the guests. By the way, this program was developed by Naberezhnye Chelny teachers. According to this program a teacher tells children about Tatarstan history and culture, national traditions, industry and agriculture through games.
Rustam Minnikhanov appreciated the interior of the building and proposed to popularize the experience of Naberezhnye Chelny in the republic.
The centre is the fourth kindergarten opened in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2011. Congratulating children and parents on the event the President marked realization of Belekech program includes several stages. Every child should start going to a kindergarten when he is three, and have basic knowledge when he comes to school afterwards, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked builders, designers, everyone who had put much effort into this kindergarten. Head of the Republic granted a certificate for purchasing interactive equipment.
Vasil Shaikhraziev marked intensive development of this micro-district: new houses were constructed due to the republican program on housing construction and a kindergarten - by the program “Belekech”. The Mayor thanked developer of the kindergarten – Evrostil company and parents who had helped with its improvement.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
