President of Tatarstan opens house of culture in village Novy Arysh

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited village Novy Arysh of Rybno-Slobodsky region. Head of RT opened new village house of culture. He was accompanied by Tatarstan minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, and Head of Rybno-Slobodsky region Ilkham Valeev.
The area of new village house of culture with a hall for 100 places makes 264 m². The building owner is executive committee of Rybnoslobodsky region. Children of the village creative teams showed some performances to the guests.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed dwellers of Novy Arysh with greetings afterwards. He reminded he was born in this village and his grandfather lies here. The village is still very dear to him. “I share your achievements and joy caused by appearance of new house of culture with you”, Rustam Minnikhanov addressed villagers.
RT President believes Novy Arysh has prosperous future guaranteed by its diligent dwellers. Rustam Minnikhanov wished good luck and health to all villagers and granted a certificate to purchase equipment for the new building to the Director of house of culture.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
