RT President spoke to heads of family farms of Rybno-Slobodsky region

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his accompanying persons visited the base of agricultural consumer cooperative “Zagotkontora” “Rybnaya Sloboda” during the working visit to Rybno-Slobodsky region (the Republic of Tatarstan).

RT President was accompanied by Deputy PM – Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov, deputies of Russian State Duma and region’s head Ilkham Valeev.

Rustam Minnikhanov overhauled a workshop on producing horse sausage, wool combing workshop ad a horse farm. Besides he held meetings with heads of agricultural households and family farms. He was interested in development of family farms and problems they have. Rustam Minnikhanov promised to settle existing problems.

Currently 13 family farms are functioning in the region. Another four farms are planned to be organized by the end of year. Tatarstan President also visited sports complex “Dolphin” where competitions were being held.
