Ildar Khalikov: “Belekech” program - dreams come true”

The fourth kindergarten opened today in Kazan in the context of Republican program “Belekech”. Distinguished guests at the event were Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov, Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials.
Kindergarten №208 “Shatlyk” of combined type with Tatar language of education is located on Absalyamova street, 18a in a three-storeyed building with total area of 2370 m². The kindergarten provides 120 places and has all conditions for intellectual and personal development of kids, protection and promotion of their health. The object was funded for the sum of 56 mln roubles.
New kindergarten has 6 group premises with bedrooms, sports and music halls, logopedic room, Tatar language room, medical unit, food unit, laundry, vegetable store, pantries.
The event started from performance of kids who sang songs in Russian and Tatar languages, read out greeting poems and handed memorable hand-made presents to the distinguished guests. An official part of the event was held later on.
Ildar Khalikov thanked Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and everyone who takes part in realization of “Belekech” program including builders who successfully accomplished their work. He handed letters of gratitude of the RT Cabinet to builders and interactive computer complex to the kindergarten.
“It is a happy event for Kazan and Novo-Savinovsky district. We will open 23 new kindergartens in Kazan that will provide 5 thousand places for our kids. It is a crucial program. All of us waited for new kindergartens especially in Novo-Savinovsky district where a great deal of pre-school institutions will be constructed”, Mayor of Kazan said.
Ilsur Metshin thanked the President and Tatarstan government for support in implementation of the program and builders who managed to build new kindergarten in a short time. The Mayor granted a certificate for purchasing sports equipment, toys and sweet presents.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
