Rustam Minnikhanov delivered official cars to local authorized and operative police officers

On November 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of delivering official cars to subdivisions of the interior bodies on RT.
The ceremony took place at the square in front of Republican STSI (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) in Kazan.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated employees of the interior bodies on RT on the Day of formation of the interior bodies of the Russian Federation.
Today’s delivering of keys from new cars to local authorized and operative police officers is an important event for the interior bodies on RT, RT President said.
By his words, it is one of the most responsible departments of the institution. “The role of these services in activity of the institution is enormous. This year is rather difficult for employees of the interior bodies, as the reformation process is underway”, Rustam Minnikhanov stated.
Head of Republic believes the interior bodies on RT managed to keep their positions. He assured the staff and the leaders of the institution that republican authorities would always support them.
Granting keys from new cars confirms these words, Chief of the interior bodies on RT Asgat Safarov marked. Expressing words of gratitude he assured in his turn that employees of the institution would do their best to ensure proper law and order in Tatarstan Republic.
By and large employees of the interior bodies received 81 new cars (38 cars VAZ 21074, 43 cars VAZ 21214 “Niva”).
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
