Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in summing-up meeting of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan

On January 19, speaking at a summing-up meeting of the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that the construction industry of the republic remains one of the largest in Russia. As many as 121 enterprises making construction materials have been put into operation and upgraded since 2010. The volume of shipped products totaled 33 billion roubles.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey  Pesoshin, Director General of the Russian Housing and Utilities Reform Fund Konstantin Tsitsin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia Khamit Mavliyarov and other officials took part in the meeting.

The meeting discussed the results of work of the Ministry in 2017 and outlined prospective directions of activities for the current year.

Making a report at the meeting, Faizullin noted in particular that over the past seven years, Tatarstan has maintained its annual volume of commissioning of new houses at 2.4 million square meters. The Minister reminded that it is planned to commission 2 million 403 thousand square meters of housing in 2018.
