Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov visited family fish breeding farm, gypsum mine and central regional hospital during his working trip to Kamsko-Ustinsky region.
Construction works of a family sturgeon breeding farm of Sergey Faizullin started in July 2010 in Krasnovidovo settlement of Kamsko-Ustinsky region. In April 2011, a new workshop for breeding 800 baby fish was put into operation.
The equipment for fish breeding was purchased by the leasing-grant program. Currently the second workshop is being constructed. The funding was provided by the program on supporting family farms. Now the output makes 2 tons of sturgeon per year.
By the end of 2012- the beginning of 2013 it is expected to increase turnout volumes by 5 tons per year. The owner plans as well to equip the pool for getting spawn and baby fish.
Ildar Khalikov looked over the functioning fish breeding workshop. Head of Tatarstan Government marked it is the first fish breeding farm in Republic. PM believes that it outlines the broad prospects of family farms.
In Tenishevo settlement Ildar Khalikov visited gypsum mine and viewed a production process.
Later on RT Premier went to the central regional hospital. For the period of 2007 – 2010 the surgical and therapeutics departments were reconstructed at the expense of republican budget. Ildar Khalikov looked over the departments and modern medical equipment. He visited the room for veterans of Great Patriotic War and spoke to patients.
At the regional house of culture Ildar Khalikov met with activists of the region and told about social and economic development of Tatarstan. PM said the Republic differs greatly from other Russian regions.
He reminded that currently new enterprises are being constructed in Republic, -TANECO, the plant of mineral fertilizers “Ammony”. Moreover, construction of new “Ford” plants is to be started in the nearest time. Recently, a new plant with use of nanotechnologies has been launched in Kazan. PM told about social programs realized in Tatarstan, development of health care and education sectors.
Head of RT Government thanked attendees of the meeting for participation in implementation of the programs and their daily work aimed at improvement of people’s living conditions.
Ildar Khalikov addressed special words of gratitude to the residents of the region for participation in liquidating consequences of “Bulgaria” shipwreck.
Tatarstan Prime Minister answered questions of the residents and heard their suggestions.

On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
