180 thousand square meters of housing to be commissioned in Tatarstan for realization of annual plan

181,4 m² of housing are to be commissioned in order to perform the annual plan in Tatarstan. Such information was given today by RT Minister of construction, architecture, housing and communal services Irek Faizullin at a meeting in RT Government House.

The video conference meeting with participation of all municipalities was dedicated to issues of housing construction and commissioning.

The event was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

For now 2 mln 208 600 m² of housing (92 % of annual plan) have been commissioned in Republic. 36 municipalities have fulfilled the plan.

By and large by the program of State housing fund 551 houses with total area of 538,7 thousand m² have been commissioned.

CEO of State housing fund at RT President Talgat Abdullin thanked heads of administrations and chiefs of enterprises for timely contribution of funds for the program on housing construction by social mortgage.

Talgat Abdullin addressed Rustam Minnikhanov with request to increase the number of flats for employees of enterprises. Rustam Minnikhanov said this issue would be discussed next year.

Addressing heads of municipalities Rustam Minnikhanov informed final results of housing construction would be summarized in January.

We remind results achieved in Tatarstan on realization of housing program in 2011 have been noted by the Russian ministry of regional development.

A letter of commendation was granted to RT President for high rates shown by the housing construction among RF regions in 2011.
