Tasks of housing construction and major repairing in 2012 discussed in RT Hose of Government

In year 2012, the Republic of Tatarstan plans to commission 2 mln. 480 ths. sq. m. of new housing, 473 ths. sq. m. of them for social mortgage program, 976 ths. sq. m. – multi-apartment housing, 1030 ths. s. m – low-rise construction.

This has been reported today by RT Minister of construction, architecture and utilities Irek Faizullin at the meeting on construction and commissioning houses, holding major repair of multi-apartment houses.

The meeting traditionally took place at the RT House of Government in a video conference format with switching all municipal regions of the republic held by acting RT President Ildar Khalikov.

The main theme of the conference was fixing the tasks in the field of housing construction and major repair of houses in 2012. Making a basic report, head of RT Minstroi Irek Faizullin informed that 0, 656 sq. m. of new housing per resident of the republic is expected in year 2012 (in 2011 – 0,632 sq. m) Herewith, provision with housing in the republic makes in average 23,8 sq.m per resident.

The quarterly plan of houses commissioning has been already prepared: in I quarter 2012 it is assumed to implement 458 ths. sq. m. in II quarter – 650 ths. m., in III quarter – 851 ths.m. and so on.

One of the tasks –to provide construction sites with land plots. Until April 2012, all municipal formations should forge the volumes of construction for participation in FCP «Housing», Irek Faizullin reminded.

In all municipal formations it is important to determine «points of growth» for further construction (Elabuga, Tukaevsky, Pestrechinsky , Vysokogorsky and other regions).

By words of RT Minister of construction м, in total, 64 people are queuing for obtaining housing in the republic, 24,4 ths. of them under social mortgage, 13,7 ths. – young families, 6,5 ths. – the disabled, about 4 ths. – young specialists in the village.

Regarding social mortgage program, in year 2012 it is supposed to commission 117 multi-apartment houses with general space 473 ths. sq. m, including 28 houses with general space 256 ths. sq. m. in Kazan.

According to the republican register, 2507 veterans of the Great Patriotic war in Tatarstan are waiting for improving housing conditions.

The housing subsidies for 694 people have been already received. The houses for resettling of veterans are being erected by GISU RT and RT President State housing fund.

Irek Faizullin informed that in close days next tranche in amount of 1 bln. rub. is expected from the federal center to improve living conditions of the veterans. In 2012, the volume of funds channeled for major repairs of multi-apartment houses will make 4 bln. 347 mln. rub. Out of them 1 bln. 373 mln. – funds from Tatarstan budget, 1 bln. 75 mln.rub. –local budgets funds, 1 bln. 349 mln. rub. – citizens funds.

41 municipal regions and two city districts will participate in the 2012 program of major houses repair.

Irek Faizullin informed during the meeting that in a settled year it is planned to complete construction of 32 objects of unfinished construction for 2879 hoodwinked investors, 24 apartment houses of which are located in Kazan, 5 houses in Naberezhny Chelny, two houses in Nizhnekamsk and one house in Almetievsk.

Head of RT State housing fund at the RT President Talgat Abdullin reported on social mortgage program for 2012.

He took part in the meeting from Mamadysh in video conference format. Talgat Abdullin informed that within the social mortgage program it is supposed to commission 473 ths. m. of housing or over 8 ths. flats.
