Ildar Khalikov lays flowers to the grave of Geidar Aliev and Eternal flame on the Lane of the fallen heroes in Baku

Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov has laid flowers to the monument of Azerbaijan National leader Geidar Aliev and the Eternal flame on the Lane of the fallen heroes within his working visit to Azerbaijan.

Members of Tatarstan delegation have also honored the memory of Geidar Aliev and victims of the “black January”.

RT Prime Minster laid wreaths on behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan to the grave of Geidar Aliev and a memorial in memory of the spouse of National leader on the Glory lane.

On the Lane of the fallen heroes, members of Tatarstan delegation honored the memory of victims of tragic events of January 20, 1990 called “black January”. At that time 137 people of political opposition were killed by the army.
