Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov introduces Marat Ziatdinov to the post of Head of Verkhny Uslon region

The Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov has introduced Marat Ziatdinov to the post of the Head of Verkhny Uslon municipal region. Deputies of the region voted for his candidacy at a session of Verkhny Uslon municipal region.
Fulfilling the assignment of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov Ildar Khalikov offered the deputies to elect Marat Ziatdinov to the post of the Head of Verkhny Uslon region.
The Head of RT Government stressed that this candidate had obtained the support of the region’s dwellers. Therefore, much responsibility is laid on him since people expect him to sort out many unsolved problems.
To the point, Marat Ziatdinov was elected the Head of Verkhny Uslon region unanimously by secret voting.
Speaking at the session he marked that he would try his best to make the region one of the best in Tatarstan. Among priority tasks set up by Marat Ziatdinov were construction of roads, construction and repair of housing, creation of conditions for investors.
The session was attended by the Head of RT Government Ildar Khalikov, Vice RT PM – minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov, deputy of the Russian State Duma Airat Khairullin and other officials.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
