23 March 2012, Friday
Land plots granted to large families in Tatarstan must have ready-made engineering infrastructure. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave such an assignment to heads of municipal formations at a weekly video conference meeting today.
According to the data presented by municipal formations total area of land plots meant for allocating to large families in RT is 2,7 thousand hectares. First deputy Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Farit Khanifov informed that in most municipalities land plots are not provided with engineering and road infrastructure. To the point, in 2012 funding for these purposes is not stipulated by municipal budgets and city districts. By the way, according to preliminary calculations, total construction cost of utility network and roads will make 4,3 bln roubles.
President of Tatarstan reminded heads of municipalities that granting of land plots to large families is, above all, the duty of local authorities. There is not an opportunity to allocate many funds for providing infrastructure of land plots.
