Ildar Khalikov takes part in a session of Council at Plenipotentiary of RF President in VFD on development of AIC

Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan – Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov takes part in a session of the Council at Plenipotentiary of RF President in the Volga federal district in Nizhny Novgorod.
The session is dedicated to development of agro-industrial complex of the regions within the Volga federal district in conditions of modernization and is chaired by Plenipotentiary of RF President in VFD Mikhail Babich.
Chief federal inspectors, heads of VFD regions, deputies of State Duma of Russia, representatives of big agricultural associations, scientific figures, also take part in the event.
Attendees discuss the following issues – efficiency of regional and federal programs of supporting rural areas, investment attractiveness of agro-industrial complex of the Volga district, prospects of development of rural areas and involvement of the youth in agricultural sector.
We must take measures on involving the youth for work in the country today, Plenipotentiary of RF President in VFD Mikhail Babich stated. Social infrastructure is one of the main problems in rural areas, he said.
To the point, more than 9 mln people live in VFD in rural areas, thus making it one of the largest agglomerates in Russia. Living standards of population in rural areas have social, economic and political meaning.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
