Ainur Aideldinov tells about novelties of contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan"

Director of the Investment venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Aideldinov told about novelties of the contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" at a briefing in RT Government House.
The briefing was held in format of video conference with all municipal regions and was broadcasted in the Internet (the link “watch briefing” on the RT Government Portal www.prav.tatarstan.ru).
Ainur Aideldinov reminded that the annual republican contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" will be held this year for the eighth time.
The contest is organized and held by RT Investment venture fund in partnership with RT Academy of sciences and the Federal fund of developing minor forms of enterprises in scientific-technical sphere.
Promotion of innovative activity is the main objective of the contest. This year’s novelty is that the contest bids must be supported by confirmative documents for adopting a solution at Tatarstan and Russian enterprises. According to Ainur Aideldinov, it will help selecting bids that are meant to be commercialized.
Head of RT IVF reminded that for the whole period of holding the contest 7090 bids have been submitted, 754 winners defined in various nominations. 20 Russian regions, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, USA take part in the contest besides Tatarstan today.
President of RT Academy of sciences Akhmet Mazgarov told about assessment of received bids.
The contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" is held in three stages: I stage (April 1-October 15) - reception, registration and preliminary assessment of projects for compliance with requirements conducted in RT Academy of sciences and branches of RT IVF; II stage (October 16 - November 30) – assessment and selection of projects; III stage (December 1-30) - approval of results and awarding of winners.
On March 10, the third meeting of the organizing committee on preparation and holding of the 20th anniversary Russian Venture Forum 2026 to be held in Kazan from April 8 to 10, chaired by Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov and with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and co-chair of the forum’s organizing committee Aleksey Pesoshin, President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov, Director of the Investment and Venture Fund of Tatarstan Damir Galiev as well as representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions and partner organizations via videoconference, took place.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
