Rustam Minnikhanov holds regular session of JSC Tatneft Board

A regular session of JSC Tatneft Board chaired by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov was held in Almetievsk today.
Results of budget implementation for four months of 2012 have been considered and the budget for June has been approved. In addition, outcomes of the company’s financial and economic activity for the first quarter of the current year have been discussed.
To the point, 6 mln 654 thousand tons of oil have been produced for three months (by 0,9 % more than for the same period last year). Gross revenue from sales of shipped products has made 135,4 bln roubles. Net revenue (excluding VAT and export tax) has increased by 19,1 bln roubles and made 90, 4 bln roubles.
Members of the board discussed information about concept of constructing the Complex of advanced processing of heavy charge and realization of the project of constructing the hydrocracking Complex at JSC TANECO.
Attendees of the session also focused on issues of using drilled well stock by oil-and-gas producing departments of the company.
The board heard information about results of inspection of JSC Tatneft financial and economic activity for 2011 by audit company ZAO “Energy Consulting/Audit” and the revision commission, summary report on outcomes of work for last year, annual report and annual accounting reports.

On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
