636 school camps to work in first shift in 23 municipal regions of RT

More than 200 thousand children will be involved in summer recreation programs in different Tatarstan camps, Deputy Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Andrey Kondratiev informed at a briefing at the RT Government House.
The briefing was held in video conference format with all municipal regions and was dated to the International Children’s Day (June, 1).
The Ombudsman for children’s rights in RT Guzel Udachina, RT Deputy Minister of education and science Airat Zinnurov spoke at the briefing.
Andrey Kondratiev said that 137 health centers, 18 sanatoriums, 1000 school camps, 100 tent camps will be functioning to organize summer holidays of children and youth. Summer recreation campaign starts on June, 1.

He noted as well that from June, 1 children’s republican camp “Koster” will receive republican specialized shifts of young tourists – rescuers, technicians and pupils of school forestries “Yuny dozor” (163 people).

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
