Seminar meeting of OOO “Gasprom Mezhregiongas” opened in Kazan

Seminar meeting of OOO “Gasprom Mezhregiongas” with deputies of directors general on gas sales and chiefs of operative dispatching services of regional gas companies has opened today in Kazan.
The Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov addressed attendees of the meeting with welcoming speech.
Seminar meeting focuses on development of unified approaches to organization of work with customers in modern conditions, operative gas accounting within the limits of creating a single information-technology environment of OAO Gasprom group, construction and putting into operation dispatching centers of the automated system of commercial gas accounting of regional gas companies and creation of corporate base.
The Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov welcomed participants of the meeting in the capital. “Activity of Gasprom Mezhregiongas is very demonstrative. Holding of such seminars in Moscow and regional centers enables getting acquainted with positive experience on-site,” Head of RT Government said.
Ildar Khalikov marked that Tatarstan makes great contribution in formation of industrial potential of Russia. Thus, the share of Tatarstan in the volume of industrial output of Russia makes 4 % (the fifth place among Russian regions). In addition, republic takes the fourth place in the country by fixed capital investments and the third place by the volume of constructed housing.
Tatarstan is one of the biggest gas consumers. The level of gasification in republic makes 98 %. According to results of 2011, “Gasprom Mezhregiongas Kazan” supplied 7 thousand customers with 14 bln m³ of gas. At the same time, gas-consuming enterprises are developing in Tatarstan, - TANECO complex was launched last year, several large enterprises are being opened at SEZ Alabuga. In addition, implementation of the project “Ammoni” which implies construction of a plant for producing ammonia and carbamide started in 2011.
“We have many projects stipulating stable gas consumption and I hope that our close interaction will favor their sustainable work,” Ildar Khalikov addressed employees of OOO “Gasprom Mezhregiongas”.
Chief of the gas sales Department of OOO “Gasprom Mezhregiongas” Gennady Sukhov reported on gas supply in the Russian domestic market.
On March 10, the third meeting of the organizing committee on preparation and holding of the 20th anniversary Russian Venture Forum 2026 to be held in Kazan from April 8 to 10, chaired by Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov and with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and co-chair of the forum’s organizing committee Aleksey Pesoshin, President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov, Director of the Investment and Venture Fund of Tatarstan Damir Galiev as well as representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions and partner organizations via videoconference, took place.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
