Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in shareholders meeting of JSC Nizhnekamskshina

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in shareholders meeting of JSC Nizhnekamskshina in Nizhnekamsk.

Board of directors of JSC Nizhnekamskshina comprised of 11 people was approved at the meeting.

Aide to RT President Timur Akulov, Director General of JSC Tatneft Shafagat Takhautdinov, first Deputy Director General of JSC Tatneft Nail Maganov, Deputy Directors General of JSC Tatneft Viktor Gorodny and Vladimir Lavushenko, Chief Accountant of JSC Tatneft Iskander Garifullin, Director of the managing company Tatneft-Neftehim Zagit Sharafeev, his first deputy Zakir Fairuzov, CEO of JSC Nizhnekamskshina Rady Burganov, deputy Director General of JSC Tatneftehiminvest - holding Ilgizar Yakushev were chosen as members of the board, Shafagat Takhautdinov - as Chairman of the board.

In addition, the annual report, accounting reports of Nizhnekamskshina were approved at the meeting.

Rustam Minnikhanov called tire business “difficult” and “growing”. He believes that Tatneft has fulfilled great work in this sphere, enjoys competitive capacities and its new produce meets global standards.
