Alexander Belov appointed Chief of Department for affairs of government employees under the RT President

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has signed the Edict on assigning Belov Alexander Nikolaevich to the post of chief of Department for affairs of government employees under the RT President.
Belov Alexander Nikolaevich was born on July 5, 1976 in the Apastovsky region (TASSR). In 1998 he graduated from the Kazan state university major in jurisprudence, in 2007 – the Kazan State Finance and Economics Institute major in management.
In 1998 he started working at the RT State Committee on management for state property. From 2001 to 2006 he was the chief of the Legal Department in the Ministry of land and property, from 2006 to 2007 – head of the sector of civil rights and economic-legal relations of the Legal Department at the RT Cabinet Staff. Since 2007 Alexander Belov has held a post of the head of the division on organization of interaction of executive and local authorities at the RT Cabinet Staff.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
