Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov on working trip in Finland

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov is on a working trip in Finland to take part in the 3rd EU-Russia Innovation Forum and 21st EBN Annual Congress.
The event is held in Lappeenranta on the basis of the Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT).
The Tatarstan delegation led by Ildar Khalikov will take part in opening of the 3rd EU-Russia Innovation Forum and plenary session (Skinnarila hall).
Head of the RT Government is going to meet with the Finland minister on economic issues Mr Jyri Häkämies, and EBN officials.
Presentation of an innovative ecosystem of the Lappeenranta University of Technology will be organized for members of the Tatarstan delegation.
To the point, the exposition of the Republic of Tatarstan will be displayed at the forum.

The number of attendees at the III EU-Russia Innovation Forum increases every year. More than 700 people gathered at the international event in 2011. The forum’s agenda is meant to unite potential partners, clients, investors and experts for successful cooperation. Besides meetings on establishing business contacts, sessions on energetics, environmental protection and logistics will be held.
On June 13 the following sessions will be held: “International research cooperation responding to future challenges: cases between EU and Russia”, “European and Russian energy markets at crossroads”, “From Incubation towards Acceleration: the new frontier for BICs!”, “New Research & Innovation Horizons - The global Opportunities for Science & Technology Collaboration”.
Plenary session on June 14 will be dedicated to issues of international business activity; on June 15 attendees will discuss clustering trends in the international perspective.
On 16 January, speaking at an expanded meeting of the collegium of Tatarstan State Committee for Tariffs dedicated to results of 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that tariff regulation is a strategic tool of state policy defining quality of life of all Tatarstan residents.
He stated that the issues of tariffs setting is the point where interests of population, business and the state overlap. The State Committee is facing a difficult task of finding an optimal balance when tariffs will be socially just for the population and at the same time create necessary conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises in the communal, power and transport spheres.
On 13 January, speaking about New Year events at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva informed that more than 8 thousand topical events were held during New Year holidays in the republic.
“These included mass celebrations, theatrical performances, concerts, sporting competitions, and much more. Outdoor events were particularly popular, “she said and informed about numerous events held within the Kurshe (Neighbor) festival and the regional Christmas Tree celebrations organized with participation of the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov.
On 13 January Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the regional Healthcare Minister Almir Abashev, the Acting Mayor of the Town of Innopolis Ildar Khuzzyatov and heads of medical and construction organizations of the republic took part in a solemn ceremony of opening a children’s polyclinic in Innopolis. The new facility more than twice expanded the medical service of the town and also houses the 24 our emergency ambulances unit with a separate entrance for its staff.
On January 12, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a new Tatarstan Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin to its staff.
