Innovative ecosystem of the Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland) presented to Tatarstan delegation

Innovative ecosystem of the Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT, Finland) was presented to the RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
To the point, the Tatarstan delegation led by Ildar Khalikov is on a working trip in Finland to take part in the III EU-Russia Innovation Forum and the XXI EBN Annual Congress.
Guests were told about Flowrox company which offers solutions in the sphere of shut-off, control, purge and dosing pumps for abrasive, corrosive and other kinds of dense medium in different processing industries.
The company’s branches are located in USA, Australia, the Republic of South Africa, and its head office - at the Lappeenranta University of Technology.
Main clients of the company are enterprises of mining and energy generation industries. Flowrox also cooperates with representatives of chemical and oil industries, and producers of building mortar.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
