I am glad to share with you solemn moments of the ceremony of official graduation of diplomas to graduates of Kazan juridical institute of RF Ministry of the interior. I sincerely congratulate new police lieutenants on an important event in their lives and successful completion of education.
The university management, the teaching staff did their best to make academic process efficient, interesting and creative. They spared no professional knowledge, power, time and experience.
I have just acquainted with academic and material resources of the institute. Many of higher educational institutions would be envious of such facilities. The institute is developing before our eyes.
We promise to render overall support in improving your academic resources. We wish you to continue training highly skilled lawyers for the interior bodies. We really need highly skilled young staff, as Tatarstan is preparing to host very important major events in the nearest future – Universiade -2013, Aquatics Championship-2015 and Football Cup-2018.
I am sure together we will be able to organize these sport events at the highest level and ensure safety. You chose a strenuous profession which implicates protection of man, his honour and dignity. Therefore, stay devoted to your profession, oath and duty.
I wish all of you peace, health, professional achievements and all the best!”
