Unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction to be launched in Tatarstan on July 1

The Tatarstan Minister of communications Roman Shaikhutdinov told about the Unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and rendering state and municipal services to citizens at a meeting at the RT Government House.
The video conference meeting with all municipal regions was held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Roman Shaikhutdinov reminded that on July 1, 2012 regional and municipal authorities are to start operating in the Unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction to render services without claiming documents and information available at other institutions (besides personal documents).
In accordance with the Federal law N 210-FL “On arrangement of rendering state and municipal services” enacted in June 2010, agencies must exchange documents needed for granting state services in electronic format.
To the point, federal authorities joined the Unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction on October, 1 , 2011, for regional and municipal power bodies the term was extended till July 2012.
“Authorities will ask for necessary information by themselves. A citizen is only required to submit an application and personal documents regulated by the 210th law,” Roman Shaikhutdinov said.
For now, all executive and local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan involved in interdepartmental interaction and acting as receivers and providers of data needed for rendering state and municipal service have joined the system.

On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.
