Rustam Minnikhanov holds session of JSC Tatneftekhiminvet-holding Board of directors

A regular session of JSC Tatneftekhiminvet-holding Board of directors was held at the RT Government House under the chairmanship of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Several projects that may be interesting for enterprises of oil-gas-chemical complex were considered.

Deputy director general of JSC ICL-КПО ВС Evgeny Stepanov told about areas of cooperation with Tatarstan oil-gas-chemical enterprises. The company’s activity includes almost all competences in IT sphere.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the company is successfully developing and has learnt to solve serious tasks. However, there is lack of information about its potential opportunities. He advised studying the needs of oil-gas-chemical complex more actively promoting their solutions in the industry.

The second topic was dedicated to improvement of roads quality. Scientists of the Kazan Federal University have undertaken solving of the problem in Tatarstan where binding material for road covering is not produced. Head of the department of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen at the Institute of geology, oil and gas technologies Alim Kemalov informed about arrangement of production of bitumen polymer binding systems for making road asphalt concrete, roofing and waterproofing material.

Rustam Minnikhanov suggested purchasing test lot of the material and using it in regions. In case of getting positive results production of bitumen may be launched at TAIF-NK.

Technical director of St.Petersburg company “Stalt” Sergei Kalashnikov told about innovative technology of foam extinguishing. He supposes that this technology has several advantages in comparison with traditional equipment.

Rustam Minnikhanov proposed bringing samples of equipment in republic and organizing presentation for petrochemical, oil processing enterprises and power stations.

Board of directors approved the decision about additional issue of securities of Tatneftekhiminvet-holding.

Director general of Tatneftekhiminvet-holding Rafinat Yarullin informed about realization of decision of the Board of directors dates as of May 24, 2011 on suggestions aimed at optimization of supply stream between Nizhnekamsk oil processing companies TAIF-NK and TANECO.
