Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to RF Ziyadulla Pulatkhodjaev

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to RF Ziyadulla Pulatkhodjaev.
The parties discussed issues of further cooperation in the sphere of culture and science, economy and social sphere.
Mr Ambassador noted that he had planned to visit Tatarstan and was impressed by rapid and successful development of republic. He also thanked for warm reception.
To the point, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to RF arrived in Kazan with a two-day working visit (July 9-10).
Ziyadulla Pulatkhodjaev is going to hold meetings at the Ministry of industry and trade, visit National-cultural autonomy of the Uzbeks, get acquainted with activity of Himgrad technopolis and High technology technopark “IT-park”. Moreover, he will meet with leadership of the Federal migration service on RT.
On March 10, the third meeting of the organizing committee on preparation and holding of the 20th anniversary Russian Venture Forum 2026 to be held in Kazan from April 8 to 10, chaired by Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov and with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and co-chair of the forum’s organizing committee Aleksey Pesoshin, President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov, Director of the Investment and Venture Fund of Tatarstan Damir Galiev as well as representatives of federal and regional authorities, development institutions and partner organizations via videoconference, took place.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
