Results of USE show that in two dozens of Tatarstan regions outcomes are considerably lower than republican rates
10 July 2012, Tuesday
Results of the USE have showed that in two dozens of Tatarstan regions outcomes were considerably lower than republican rates, RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov said at a briefing at RT Government house.
“Some regions constantly demonstrate worst results. It means that methodic work is not implemented and leaders in the sphere of education perform on-site activity not efficiently enough,” the minister said.
Albert Gilmutdinov mentioned four leading regions by the number of school leavers left without certificates, - Agryz, Rybnaya Sloboda, Kukmor and Laishevo. He informed that the Kazan lyceum №131 is truly on the top of best Kazan schools by results of the Unified State Exam 2012 in two compulsory subjects – Russian language and mathematics.
However, it is not right to compare the main city lyceum with a small school in remote rural region. Thus, such rating is actual only if all educational institutions will be divided in categories.
“We are interested in dynamics of the USE results in a certain educational institution,” head of RT Ministry of education stressed.
“303 school leavers without certificates can enter institutions of primary and secondary professional education. They also have rights to retake the exam in 2013 and subsequent years,” Albert Gilmutdinov said.
60 pupils were removed from the exam for violations when holding the USE, 33 of them have rights to retake the exam.
According to Albert Gilmutdinov, 84 administrative cases were initiated with regard to participants of the USE.
