Rustam Minnikhanov visits first variative kindergarten in Kazan

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has visited first variative kindergarten in Kazan “Sozvezdie” (“Constellation”). He was accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, First Deputy Minister of education and science Danil Mustafin, CEO of the State Housing Fund under the RT President Talgat Abdullin and other officials.

Rustam Minnikhanov attentively inspected the kindergarten for 50 places which occupies the area of 600 m² on the first floor of a house built under the social mortgage program in a residential complex “Azino”. He visited groups, spoke to parents, psychologists room, and medical premises.

The president was satisfied with everything and noted that more kindergartens of the same type must be opened in republic.

To the point, a private kindergarten “Sozvezdie” (“Constellation”) opened within the framework of private-state partnership and will accept children in full-time and part-time day groups. The cost of a full-time stay with meals makes ten thousand roubles per month.

Director of the kindergarten “Sozvezdie” Lyudmila Okholina informed that due to republican grant for realization of projects under private-state partnership in the sphere of pre-school education, the kindergarten is provided with furniture for the sum of 1 mln 150 thousand roubles. For now, 26 children attend the pre-school institution.

Till the end of this year, five similar kindergartens are meant to be opened on first floors of residential buildings.
