Structural changes at the Tatarstan Presidential Office

In accordance with the Tatarstan President Edict, the Information and Analytical Department has been abolished, new structural subdivisions have been formed:
Presidential Experts Department (Head of the Department – Ismagilov Bulat Ibragimovich), the Division for special projects of the RT Presidential Office (Head of the division – Shamsutdinov Ramil Ravilevich), the Division for coordination of the official portal of the Republic of Tatarstan of the RT Presidential Office (Head of the division – Chupaeva Maria Andreevna).
Ismagilov Bulat Ibragimovich was born on March, 10, 1984 in Kazan. He graduated from Tupolev Kazan state technical university with a specialization in “Complex protection of informatization objects”, in 2008 was awarded the qualification of Master of “technics and technology”; started labour activity in 2001 in the position of chief specialist of information and communications division, information security and material and technical support. From 2011 Bulat held the post of chief of the Division of information technologies, communication and information security. In 2012 he was appointed head of the Presidential Experts Department.
Shamsutdinov Ramil Ravilevich was born on April, 12, 1979 in Kazan. In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow institute of law with a specialization in “jurisprudence”. After graduation in 2003 he started working at the Committee for communal property management of the Kazan Administration in the position of chief specialist. In 2006 he worked at the Committee for land and property of the executive committee of the Kazan municipality. From 2007 to 2009 Ramil worked as a chief specialist at Administration of the Kirov district of the executive committee of the Kazan municipality. In 2009 was appointed head of the securities division of the Department for reformation and regulation of activity of joint-stock companies under the RT Ministry of land and property. In 2010 he was transferred to the position of head of the division of economic rehabilitation of the Department for economic rehabilitation and privatization under the RT Ministry of land and property. From 2010 he held the post of chief of the Department for economic rehabilitation and privatization under the RT Ministry of land and property. In 2012 was appointed head of the division for special projects of the RT Presidential Office.
Maria Chupaeva was born in Zaton, Kamsкoe Ustye District, Tatarstan, Russia on September 24, 1983. She is a graduate of Kazan State Technological University with a specialization in automated information procession and control systems. She was an instructor at the Department of Automated Information Collection and Procession of the Kazan State Technological University from 2006 to 2009 and a senior teacher from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Maria Chupaeva was appointed head of the division responsible for the official portal of the Tatarstan Government in GUP Centre of Information Technologies. Since June 2012, she was the head of the Information and Analytical Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. In August 2012 Maria was appointed to the post of chief of the Division for coordination of the official portal of the Republic of Tatarstan of the RT Presidential Office.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.
