Ildar Khalikov took part in the ceremony of laying the small missile ship at Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorkiy.

Today on Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky, which is a part of a group of «Ak Bars» holding companies , was laid the body of small missile ship of project 21631, which was called "Zeleny Dol" (this year Zelenodolsk celebrating its 80th anniversary).
The ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, deputy commander in Chief of the Navy of armament Rear Admiral Andrei Tkachev, Head of Department at the RF Ministry of Defence on implementation the Defense Procurement, Anton Sobolewski, chief of staff of the Caspian Fleet and Rear Admiral Vitaly Mikhailov and others.
The ship, which was lied today, is the fourth ship and will be called "Zeleny Dol". Speaking at the ceremony, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov noted that the situation at the plant over the past few years has stabilized, and today there is a confidence in the financing and to obtaining orders for new ships.
The head of the Government of Tatarstan has expressed gratitude to the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defence and the leadership of the Navy of Russia for choosing the ships made by ZELENODOLSK shipbuilders. Then Ildar Khalikov also took part in the solemn launch of plasma cutting machine «OmniMat L5000» and in the opening the coastal base ANO "Dolphin".
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
