The Housing Development Foundation will give the Republic of Tatarstan lands for inmplementation a number of social projects.

The Meeting on the cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Housing Development Foundation was held today by the President of the republic of tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of Housing Development Foundation Alexander Braverman.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Deputy General Directors of the Housing Development Foundation Alexey Fursin and Denis Filippov.
Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Foundation for the productive cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan and noted, that the interaction with the Foundation represents enormous interest for the Republic. Alexander Braverman, in turn, recalled that the interaction with the republic is a part of cooperation agreement signed in 2009.
As part of the meeting, the sides discussed the issues of implementation of projects such as the expansion of the infrastructure of the National Clinical Hospital (NCH) and the definition the of land near the territory of NCH for building houses of economy class for workers of the health sphere. In addition, the Fund will also give the Republic of Tatarstan the territory in Laishev area for providing the land property for large families.
Representatives of the Housing Development Foundation proposed the creation of a working group for a more detailed analysis of issues. After the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Alexander Braverman answered questions from journalists.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
