Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin meets Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova
On August 29, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova discussed issues of the development of the tourism industry at the regional level and the promotion of a number of tourism projects to boost tourist flows within the country.
After the meeting, the ceremony of signing an Agreement on Cooperation on the promotion of the interregional tourist project “The Great Volga River Route” took place.
The agreement envisages cooperation on the implementation of the Great Volga Route interregional tourist project in the Volga Federal District. Under the signed document, such areas of cooperation as the promotion of mutual exchange of experience and information on the project implementation, assistance in the promotion and the popularization of the interregional tourist project "The Great Volga Route" are priority.
Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova, Director General of TT-Travel Company Taras Demura, Head of Tatarstan State Committee on Tourism Sergey Ivanov and representatives of tourism departments of the Perm Territory, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Kirov regions, the Republic of Mari El signed the document.
Pesoshin took part in the signing ceremony.
