On September 13, speaking at a meeting with Chief Executive of the German Engineering Association (VDMA) in Frankfurt am Main during his working visit to Germany, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in expanding contacts and supports the German businesses who come to the republic with their technologies, capital and innovative projects.

On September 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Federal Republic of Germany. During his two-day stay (September 12-13, 2016) Minnikhanov will pay a visit to such cities of Germany as Frankfurt and Wiesbaden.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has taken under his control the investigation into an act of vandalism committed New Tatar Cemetery in Kazan. He instructed the law enforcement bodies to involve all personnel and technical means to investigate the crime as soon as possible. Minnikhanov stressed that the perpetrators have no faith, nationality or conscience.
