On July 18, at the Kazan International Airport, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovich, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan.
On July 18, speaking at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov said that as of July 18, 2016 a total of 216 hectares have been processed, 661 tonnes of grain have been milled, with a crop yield making 30.6 centners per hectare in Tatarstan.

The guests could also get familiar with lifestyle of Tatar villagers.
On July 16, during his working visit to Nizhny Novgorod, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Valery Shantsev took part in a solemn unveiling of the monument to Tatar singers, who were born in Nizhny Novgorod region Rashit Vagapov and Khaidar Bigichev.
