On October 5, during his working trip to Japan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited RIKEN engineering center. RIKEN is a large research institute in Japan that was founded in 1917. It is currently an independent scientific organization that unites 3, 000 scientists from different countries around the world. They work at 18 institutes and centers located in 9 campuses.
