On October 2, during the International investment forum Sochi-2015, Tatarstan and MasterCard international payment system signed agreement on cooperation in the sphere of information and payment services aimed at social and economic development of the republic.

On October 2, at his meeting with Real Estate & Development Director, Castorama RUS Michel Chaize, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Castorama is one of the biggest homeware and DIY retail companies and is very popular in the Russian market.

On October 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Sochi to take part in the International investment forum. In the morning Rustam Minnikhanov will attend Sberbank business breakfast on prospective measures on economic diversification of Russia, and hold a few official meetings with the Governor of the Stavropol region Vladimir Vladimirov and Head of the Republic of Karelia Alexander Khudilaynen.

On October 1, at a roundtable with Tatarstan and Abkhazia businessmen, during the working trip of Tatarstan delegation to Sukhum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that businessmen of both republics would open new areas for cooperation and agree on implementation of joint projects.

On October 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on working visit in Abkhazia, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Artur Mikvabia at Sukhum airport.

On September 30, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Federal migration service Konstantin Romodanovsky discussed issues of migration policy in the republic and conditions of provision of state services to Tatarstan citizens.

On September 30, Tatarstan President commented on the decision of the Federation Council of Russia about the use of armed forces in Syria.
“I would like to say that this is a rational decision because the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant is a big problem for the whole world. And this problem will be even more serious if we do not take tough actions. We completely support the decision of the Federation Council of Russia.

On September 30, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice-president of Boxing Federation of Russia , Board chairman of a promoter company “Mir boksa” (“The world of box”) Andrei Ryabinsky discussed holding of a big boxing event on November 4, 2015 in Kazan.
