On May 23, at a panel session within the framework of XVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum dedicated to initial results of the national rating of the investment climate in Russia's regions, it was reported that Tatarstan was included in the top group of regions having the highest investment attractiveness.

On May 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with State Secretary Ministry of Economic Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia Günther Horzetzky within the framework of XVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

On May 23, at their meeting within the framework of XVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Managing Director of Euromoney Group Neil Osborn discussed issues of cooperation between Tatarstan and Euromoney in some areas.

 

 

 

On May 22, at their meeting within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which is taking place at “Lenexpo” Complex on May 22-24, 2014, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin discussed issues of implementation of project on construction of cross-country pipelines for transportation of crude hydrocarbons from Yamal to Volga regions.

On May 22, at their meeting during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (“Lenexpo” Complex), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Russian Federation of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Pierre Ferring discussed issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation.

 

On May 22, at a session “Not wasting a crisis: what (should) we have learned to better manage the global economy?” during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (May 22-24, 2014), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that today regions cannot deal with infrastructure problems without federal support.
