RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with representatives of Turkish holding Sisecam in House of RT government. They discussed further development of project on constructing plant for producing sheet glass in special economic zone “Alabuga”.

Currently Minister of agriculture of Russian Federation Elena Skrynnik is in Tatarstan with a working visit. She is accompanied by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev, RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and RT Deputy PM – Minister of agriculture Marat Akhmetov.

About 700 mln. roubles were received by State housing fund under President of Republic Tatarstan from republican enterprises for participating in social mortgage program, CEO of State housing fund Talgat Abdullin said at meeting in the RT Cabinet.

Laureates and winners of contest “The best investigation officer of RT law enforcement bodies” were honoured today in Kazan. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the awarding ceremony. Representatives of RT President office, RT State Council and RT Cabinet, chiefs of law enforcement bodies and the judiciary also attended the event.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with President of International association of cable production and equipment manufacturers “Intercable” Izyaslav Peshkov in House of RT government. They discussed cooperation in some areas.

Naberezhnye Chelny is a city we pay special attention to. It is one of the industrial centres in republic, RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov said at 46th session of city Council of municipal unit Naberezhnye Chelny. By his words the city seriously suffered from financial crisis.

Innovations of Single state exam 2010 were presented at briefing in the RT Cabinet. RT Deputy Minister of education and science Lyudmila Nugumanova and senior secretary of selection committee of Kazan State University Sergey Ionenko took part in meeting with journalists.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with members of RT Public Chamber in House of RT government. They discussed cooperation of public organizations with power bodies, important problems of social and economic development of republic, creation of system for registering public opinions when state power bodies make decisions, expertizing important bills and normative legal acts.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov visited objects of oil-refining and petrochemical plants Complex in Nizhnekamsk under construction. Head of RT government saw the area for producing sulphur, works on constructing treatment facilities and other objects. Later on the meeting on issues of realizing project of constructing oil-refining and petrochemical plants Complex of JSC “TANEKO” was held by RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin.
