On December 11, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia Timur Ivanov discussed relevant issues of cooperation and touched upon other topics.

On December 11, in Innopolis, speaking at a plenary meeting held as part of the Digital Skills Competition and All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Training of IT specialists for the digital economy of Russia”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the digital economy is a promising area for development both for Russia and for Tatarstan, adding that the implementation of its principles envisages the introduction of digital technology in many areas of society, including public administration, industry, medicine, and education.

On December 11, in Innopolis, Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Russia Lyubov Yeltsova and Director General of the Union of Young Professionals (Worldskills Russia) Robert Urazov took part in the opening of the first WorldSkills indsutry competition in the field of information technology - Digital Skills.

On December 11, at the Kazan City Hall, Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov, Aide to Tatarstan President Leila Fazleeva and other officials of the republic took part in a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Heroes of the Motherland, which is annually celebrated in Russia on December, 9. 

On December 11, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the opening of the Entrepreneurs’ House. Minister of the Economy of the republic Artem Zdunov, who also took part in the event, said that the multi-purpose centre is designed to offer quality and comfortable services for entrepreneurs in the single-window format.

On December 11, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director for Strategy and Business Development at ACM Company (Accounting, Controlling, Management) Tomáš Navrátil discussed further cooperation between Tatarstan and the company to improve efficiency of regional enterprises through optimal management of time and increased productivity.

On December 11, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Ruslan Vesterovsky discussed the development of the banking sector of the republic, set out steps to further expand cooperation.
