Aleksey Pesoshin lays a wreath at the Eternal Flame of the Colonnade of the Glory Memorial in Kazan
On May 9, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in solemn events dedicated to the Victory Day.
The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Hero of Labour of Russia Mintimer Shaimiev, Chief of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, Chief Federal Inspector for Tatarstan Viktor Demidov, Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Artem Khokhorin and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a solemn ceremony of laiying a wreath at the Eternal Flame of the Colonnade of the Glory Memorial in Kazan.
The Rais of Tatarstan greeted the veterans who came to pay tribute to the dead heroes.
Then, the ceremony of laying flowers at the Monument to the Mothers and Widows of the Fallen Soldiers and the Soviet Soldier Monument took place.
