Ildar Khalikov congratulates notaries on 20th anniversary of Tatarstan Notary Chamber

On September 13 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov congratulated notaries on the 20th anniversary of Tatarstan Notary Chamber.

To the point, 20 years ago, in February 2013, Fundamental Principals of Legislation of the Russian Federation on the Notariat were adopted. Soon afterwards, fundamentally new non-profit organization, Notary Chamber, was founded and private notaries appeared.

The President of Tatarstan Notary Chamber, the honoured lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Grishina welcomed participants of the event.

Tatarstan Prime Minister, in his turn, said that the Notary Chamber is a very important organization both for citizens and enterprises. He quoted Louis XIV famous phrase “I am the state” and noted that this phrase can be quoted by notaries as well, because the state entrusted them with the important function – to authorize relations between people and economic entities.

Ildar Khalikov conveyed congratulations on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to notaries and presented state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan to the best workers.
