Typical administrative and residential complexes are being constructed in rural regions under the programme using three main sources of funding.

Currently, Tatarstan State Housing Fund has allocated money on 21 houses which are under construction in 21 municipalities.

It was reported, that 20 houses in 18 municipalities are being constructed using the regional budget funds. According to the Minister, construction works are behind the schedule there.

The situation is more complicated in the regions where the construction is financed by municipalities.

Commenting on the situation, Tatarstan President noted that working efficiency of police workers depends on their constant presence at the police station. Therefore, it was decided to build administrative and residential complexes. "Police workers are our support," he added.

Rustam Minnikhanov asked to summarize information from the regions on construction of houses for police workers and discuss the problem with Tatarstan Government.
