On 5 December in her congratulatory address to volunteers on the occasion of the International Volunteer Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleev said:
“On behalf of the Government of the republic and from me personally I congratulate you with the International Volunteer Day.
The volunteer is a person with an open heart who has dedicated himself to the society, who can understand others and is capable of empathy. Currently there are 3 229 amalgamations of volunteers with the total number of more than 200 thousand people in the republic. Voluntary work involves people of different generations, vocations and understanding of life, including silver volunteers, volunteers of the Victory, medical volunteers and the emergencies volunteers. It is gratifying that the number of volunteers keeps growing from year to year
Under conditions of the special military operation volunteering has become an inseparable part on life of the society as the comprehensive help from volunteers is precious at this difficult period of time. Their goodness always wins admiration.
We congratulate all volunteers who help people dedicatedly and sincerely. Thank you for your work, kindheartedness and readiness to help.”
In conclusion Leyla Fazleeva wished all volunteers good health, happiness, further success and prosperity.
