Management of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” is interested in educational project “Training of specialists of different levels for developing nano-industrial branches in Tatarstan”
RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov held a meeting in the RT Cabinet on issue of using nanotechnologies in aircraft building. A member of scientific and technical council of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” – Director General of JSC “Institute of new carbonic materials and technologies” Viktor Avdeev took part in the meeting.
Boris Pavlov stressed that use of industrial potential of republic in aircraft building and petrochemistry in projects implemented by State Corporation “Rosnanotech” will allow creating new industrial factories and new worksites thus strengthening competitiveness of Tatarstan economy and attracting new investments in republic.
Participants of meeting discussed the possibility of organization and placement of plants for production of modern polymeric materials in petrochemistry and their use in aircraft building and other spheres of economy.
On 4-5 May members of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” visited Kazan. The purpose of their visit is studying of possibility of production of modern low-tonnage polymeric materials on the basis of α-olephons and polymeric monomers, special glues, gloss finishes, high molecular polyethylenes for aircraft building.
In the course of visit participants met with senior scientific workers and engineer staff of republican factories, acquainted with system of personnel training and perspectives of factories’ development necessary for implementation of project “Organization of industrial production of prepregs on the basis of nano-modified carbonic and mineral fibres and nano-filled binders.”
Members of delegation visited technopolis “Himgrad”, JSC “Kazanorgsintez”, JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, JSC “Kazan aviation production association n.a. S.P. Gorbunov”, JSC “Kazan scientific research institute of aviation technology”, OOO “Firm “MVEN”, Centre of composite materials of Kazan State Technical University n.a. A.N.Tupolev, Institute of organic and physical chemistry n.a. A.E.Arbuzov.
Viktor Avdeev said that Tatarstan has great potential for development and introduction of production of new polymeric materials and for holding a number of tests and certifications. He added that on 7, April the project “Organization of industrial production of prepregs on the basis of nano-modified carbonic and mineral fibres and nano-filled binders” got positive resolution of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” Supervision Council. Later on Director General of “Rosoboronexport” Sergey Chemezov and Director General of “Rosatom” Sergey Kirienko signed the Agreement about implementation of this project.
