Ildar Khalikov visits Ikshurma Cadet Boarding School named after K.S. Baykiev in Saby municipal region of Tatarstan

On August 15, during his working trip to Saby municipal region, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited Ikshurma Cadet Boarding School named after Baykiev. On September 1, 2013 the Ikshurma Secondary School was reorganized to the cadet boarding school - municipal budget educational institution "Ikshurma Cadet Boarding School named after K.S. Baykiev of Saby municipal region of Tatarstan.”
The Cadet Boarding School is located in a three-storey building with a total area of more than 5,000 sq. m. There are 56 rooms, including classrooms, bedrooms, utility and shower rooms, a room for psychological relief, a medical room, a dining room, two gyms, a shooting gallery, a driver training center, an assembly hall, a computer lab and a library in the school.
At present, more than 200 students, including about 90 students from ten Tatarstan regions, Kazan and the Kirov region, live and train at the cadet boarding school.
The curriculum of this educational institution is based on sample curricula for cadet boarding schools and cadet classes in educational institutions of Tatarstan. Together with the general education courses, students study such specialized disciplines as shooting, field kitchen, drill training, sports games. Cadets are actively involved in competitions, contests, and scientific conferences.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
