Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov: we will take into consideration the experience of China while preparing for Universiade-2013

On July, 1 Rustam Minnikhanov looked over a village of Universiade in Belgrad - the capital of World summer student games 2009. He was accompanied by Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism of Republic Tatarstan Marat Bariev, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, President of Russian sport student union Oleg Matytsin and others.

Head of RT Government looked over the territory of Universiade village, got acquainted with conditions for security ensuring, living conditions and training base for sportsmen.

14 living 15-floor buildings, medical centre, training buildings, souvenir kiosks are placed on the village territory. Rest sites for sportsmen are already equipped.

Prime Minister visited building for Russian team and building for Russian delegation staff. He talked to Tatarstan sportsmen who will take part in summer Universiade 2009.

Head of RT government said that the village is also planned to be constructed in Kazan while preparing for Universiade. By words of Rustam Minnikhanov currently representatives of Tatarstan acquaint with experience of other countries, look over sport buildings and villages for sportsmen in Bangkok, Harbin and Belgrad.

“We will orient to the experience of China. They are preparing properly for holding the 26 summer Universiade in Shandong in 2011. We have to support such high level of organization.

Saying about creation of living conditions for sportsmen Rustam Minnikhanov said that it is necessary to provide comfort living conditions, proper meals and construct modern sport buildings for competitions.
