Head of RT government Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting in the RT Cabinet where participants discussed representatives of which structures will enter into commission and how to increase effectiveness of using bankrupt procedure.
First vice-premier of RT government Ravil Muratov, RT Ministry of economy Marat Safiullin, RT Ministry of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Head of federal tax service management in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin, Head of RT Association of enterprises and entrepreneurs Aleksandr Lavrentyev and others took part in the meeting.
Rustam Minnikhanov said that in crisis conditions only operative monitoring of industrial and economic activity and analysis of situation at the level of profile ministries will allow ensuring further work of unprofitable enterprises and keep them from deliberate bankruptcy and even raider capture.
RT Prime Minister informed that from total number of enterprises which are in stage of bankruptcy 50 % are agricultural enterprises, 13 % - companies of building sector and housing and communal services, 10%- trade and industrial enterprises.
Rustam Minnikhanov offered to make the rating of the most successful and unsuccessful arbitral managers, publish it and carry out certification of state representatives at enterprises which are in bankrupt procedure.
Aide to RT Prime Minister Midkhat Shagiakhmetov spoke about proposals of measures for prevention bankruptcy. In particular he offered using extrajudicial mechanisms for enterprises’ support in conditions of financial crisis.
The commission will consist of specialists from RT Ministry of land and property relations, RT Ministry of finance, Centre of social and economic research under RT Cabinet and deputies of ministers from profile ministries.
Commission will be a working body of Republican interdepartmental commission headed by RT First vice-premier of RT government Ravil Muratov.
Head of federal tax service management in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin and RT First deputy minister of economy - director of Centre of social and economic research Alevtina Kudryavtseva reported at the meeting.
