Autonomous non-commercial organization “Executive Directorate of the XXVII World summer universiade 2013 in Kazan “created in Tatarstan

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in General meeting of founders and session of supervision Council of autonomous non-commercial organization "Executive directorate of the XXVII World summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan". The session was held in Ministry of sport, tourism and youth policy of Russian Federation (Moscow) chaired by Head of the ministry Vitaly Mutko.

In the course of meeting it was decided to create Autonomous non-commercial organization “Executive Directorate of the XXVII World summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan “. Vladimir Leonov will become Director General of new structure.

Supervision council will be the supreme body of executive directorate. Minister of sport, tourism and youth policy of Russia Vitaly Mutko was chosen for the post of Supervision council Chairman; Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov will become Deputy Chairman.

The Supervision council consists of state secretary - deputy minister of sport, tourism and youth policy of Russian Federation, responsible secretary of Organizational committee on preparation and holding XXVII World summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan Natalia Parshikova, Minister of youth affaira, sport and tourism of Republic Tatarstan Marat Bariev, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, First deputy head of Kazan municipal institution Irshat Minkin, President of Russian sport student union Oleg Matytsin and member of executive committee Viktoriya Cherkesova.

Regulations of autonomous non-commercial organization, organizational structure of directorate and its working plan for 2009 were adopted within the framework of session.

Supervision council will favour interaction of new structure with international sport organizations and organizational committees of other world student games.
