Two-month sanitary and ecological campaign starts in Tatarstan

On March 31, speaking at a briefing at Tatarstan Government House, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources - Chief Inspector of nature protection of the republic Ramil Nizamov said that the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign will start in Tatarstan on April 1.
According to him, such campaigns have been held in Tatarstan for several years. In 2014 1,217 unauthorized waste disposal sites with a total area of over 556,000 square meters were revealed.
He pointed out that within the framework of the sanitary and environmental campaign unauthorized dumps detected by supervisory authorities will added to a geographic information system "Environmental Map of the Republic of Tatarstan» (karta.tatar.ru). Further, all municipalities will be able to daily monitor the current situation. All appeals received from residents will be processed and added to the ecological map as well.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
