Head of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting in Moscow with top management of Japanese companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sojitz Corporation

Top management of Japanese companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sojitz Corporation met RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting took place in the Rep-office building of Tatarstan in Moscow.

As Aide to RT Prime Minister on foreign trade activities Iskander Mouflikhanov informed, a subject matter of the meeting related to a course of implementing a civil-engineering design of the complex on manufacturing ammonia, methanol and granulated carbamide in Mendeleevsk (JSC "Ammonium").

We remind that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries acts as a contractor of the project, Sojitz Corporation - its coordinator.

Chairman of board of directors of JSC "Ammonium" - general director «Tatgazinvest» Rinat Khanbikov, general director of JSC "Ammonium" Radik Vakhitov took part in the meeting.

Participants of the meeting noted, that the project "Ammonium" is one of the largest federal investment projects in chemical branch. Support in its realization comes both at a federal level (Vnesheconombank ), from Republic Tatarstan, and from the Japanese partners.

In turn, representatives of Japanese companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Sojitz Corporation have stated that are ready to work over the project more intensively. They have once again sounded company's intention to finish the civil-engineering design of a complex on manufacturing ammonia, methanol and granulated carbamide in Mendeleevsk up to the end. For today work goes according to the schedule.
