Rustam Minnikhanov met with art director of Moscow art theatre after Chekhov Oleg Tabakov

Rustam Minnikahnov warmly welcomed people’s artist of USSR and invited the guest to enjoy Kazan panorama. During a conversation with head of republic A.P. Chekhov MAT, an art director told that childhood recollections connect him with Kazan. He was in Tatarstan capital twice – last time in 1952. In childhood, on the way, when for successes in cultural activity he was carried at state’s expense to Moscow from Saratov on motor-ship By words of artist he likes our city. This time he visited circus, Kachalov theatre and saw Kazan Kremlin. By his words in 9th grade he already knew who he would become.
Upon end of the meeting President of Tatarstan handed Oleg Tabakov a Tatarstan medal "For Glorious Work" for a big contribution in theatrical art and cultural cooperation. Medal "For Glorious Work " is awarded for high achievements in work- in the field of state, economic, social; and cultural development of Republic Tatarstan.
«I am very glad for such an opportunity to hand over this medal to you, Rustam Minniklhanov underlined. Oleg Tabakov thanked for high award and invited head of the republic to be his guest.
In the meeting took part deputy Prime minister-Rt Minister of culture Zilya Valeyeva, Kazan mayor Ilsur Metshin.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
